Coffee Fellows Eindhoven Centraal offers a decent workspace with good wifi and comfortable seating, ideal for short sessions. It's located within the train station, providing convenience but lacks natural light, and the coffee is average.
This is inside Eindhoven Centraal Station, so you'll need to check in with your OV kaart or bank card to access it. I believe there is a certain amount of time you have to check out again and not pay anything, but I'm not sure how long. But if you're heading somewhere from Eindhoven and are early arriving this is a good spot to hang out for a while and get some stuff done. There's a reasonable amount of seating, with some more private corners. You can sit at the bench on the window and people watch. The coffee is nothing notable both in price or quality. Very average. A downside is that it's deep inside the building so there's no natural light and it's a little dark.
