I came on a sunny Saturday afternoon and have a lovely spot on the balcony overlooking Valletta. The espresso was meh but only 2 euro. The cocktails though were amazing and only 6.50 each during happy hour. This may be one of the most scenic places to get an hour or so of work done if you can get a nice outside spot.
